Location- Pune
Notice period- Immediate to 15 days
Shifts- flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in reconciliation process.
• Perform daily/weekly / quarterly reconciliation across
• various products like Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives
• Effectively manage the aging of breaks and the issues in timely manner
• Good Knowledge of Reconciliation - cash and position
• Generate detailed reconciliation reports, providing insights and recommendations for financial adjustments when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of reconciliation activities, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts to develop their reconciliation skills and knowledge.
• Continuously improve reconciliation processes, streamline workflows, and implement automation where applicable to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets and a diverse range of financial products, including Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
