Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware, and software problems (Switches, Routers, Firewall).
Work closely with system administrators, security professionals, and other IT teams to implement network-related projects.
Providing technical support either by visiting on-site or through remote-access systems.
Provide support to end-users for network-related issues.
2 - 3 year of experience in similar role.
Understanding of Hardware, software, and networking.
Experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
